Special-shaped screw-rods are designed for direct extrusion of PVC powder. The mould temperature control system ensures controllability of skin foaming. Its temperature-controlled closed oil-circulation device adjusts the state of skin forming. Its temperature-controlled closed oil-circulation device adjusts the skate of skin forming, with the oil temperature controlled and the hardness of formed skin adjusted within a certain range.
